Allen Carpenter a magna cum laude graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology is the founder and principal of Carpenter LLC, a Massachusetts-based general contracting firm established in 2017. With construction literally flowing through his veins, Allen was born into a family deeply rooted in the trades. That upbringing instilled in him a respect for craftsmanship, an uncompromising work ethic, and an understanding that true quality comes from hands-on experience and integrity in every detail.

As a licensed Construction Supervisor and owner of Carpenter General Construction Managers, LLC, Allen has led a wide range of both public and private-sector projects throughout Massachusetts including work for state entities such as the Department of Youth Services (DYS) and Bridgewater State University. 

His firm has successfully managed both commercial projects and municipal contracts requiring full compliance with OSHA safety standards, Massachusetts procurement laws (M.G.L. c.149 and c.30), and the Commonwealth’s strict labor and equal employment regulations
